How can we help?

Contact the Proxxi team for account access, event corrections, subscriptions, safety, privacy, or organizer services. Include the email on your account and a short description, but never send a password, verification code, ID image, or full payment details.

Common requests

Delete my account

Open Profile in the Proxxi app and choose Delete Account, or email support from the address on your account. We may need to verify account ownership before deletion.

Manage or cancel Proxxi Max

Apple subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID subscription settings. Proxxi also provides purchase restoration in the app.

Correct an event listing

Send the event name, city, official source URL, and the correction. Proxxi will review the source before changing public event details.

Report a person or safety issue

Use in-app report and block controls first when possible. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; Proxxi support is not an emergency service.
