Welcome to Proxxi. By using our app, you agree to these terms. Proxxi is operated by Michai Media LLC ("Company").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Proxxi. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date. One account per person. Do not share your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Post hate speech, explicit content, or spam
Use Proxxi for solicitation, scams, or illegal activity
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
Attempt to circumvent identity verification
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers
Interfere with the app's operation or other users' experience
Collect other users' personal information

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Proxxi a non-exclusive license to display it within the app. We may use AI to moderate content. Flagged content may be reviewed by our team. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Identity Verification

Verification is optional but required for full access (messaging, rooms, radar visibility). Verification is handled by Persona, a third-party provider. Proxxi does not store your ID documents.

6. Subscriptions

Proxxi offers free and paid tiers (Pro, Business). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled according to the app store's refund policy. Features may change between tiers at our discretion.

7. Safety

Proxxi is designed for in-person networking. While we take safety seriously (AI moderation, verification, blocking, reporting), we cannot guarantee the behavior of other users. Always meet in public places. Use the emergency contact feature if you feel unsafe.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

Violations result in escalating consequences:

First violation: Warning
Second violation: Temporary restriction
Third violation: Permanent ban

Severe violations (threats, illegal activity) may result in immediate banning and reporting to authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

Proxxi is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, interactions with other users, or reliance on AI-generated content. The maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@michaimedia.com.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
