Connect around an actual activity
Choose what you want to do, when you want to do it, and the general area. A nearby plan makes the invitation specific. People can evaluate the activity and timing rather than guessing what a generic request to hang out is supposed to mean.
Use proximity without publishing exact location
Radar is designed around approximate nearby activity. Proxxi does not present a person's exact public GPS location as a discovery feature. Location access is optional, and people can use city and plan context to make decisions without broadcasting a precise live position.
Keep personal judgment in the loop
Technology cannot guarantee another person's identity, intent, or behavior. Proxxi requires adult eligibility for social participation and provides blocking and reporting controls, but every person should use their own judgment, meet in appropriate public settings, and leave any situation that feels wrong.
